As the result of thin client methodology, all of the user PCs on the organizational network have instant connectivity regardless of system configurations of the workstations. This creates a framework of information flow that allows data to be created into a table then distributed swiftly into the workplace, using DART's web based architecture. DART's methodology was designed as a business network friendly solution.

Scripts can be written that adapt "business rules", and can be initiated when the report is published. For example, notifications, alerts and messages can be delivered to distributed users with email to all the parties who are authorized to view the report. Notifications can also be sent using Instant Message platforms across the network notifying of report publishing and availability.
