Installation of DART onto the running environment is seamless. DART only needs to be installed on a single server. No alterations to client workstations need to be made. In cases where DART is installed on a server separate from the database, for example, an Operational Data Store, then no modifications need to be made to the database server.

DART uses the Microsoft.NET framework which allows it to be seamlessly installed into the organizational technology environment. The .NET framework can be installed on every supported version of Windows; this would virtually provide that every server within a typical business will be able to utilize DART out of the box.
